What we buy

At Cash For Your Gold we have been buying scrap precious metals for many years and have built a strong reputation for transparent and fair transactions.

We are happy to buy a huge range of items made from Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium. Provided that your items contain one of these precious metals we will make an offer to buy them from you.

All of the items that we buy are recycled back into pure form and go back into the supply chain to be used in manufacturing new jewellery, bullion products or for industrial applications.

We do not sell your items into the second-hand jewellery market.

As we do not buy precious or semi-precious stones, we recommend that you remove any stones before you send items to us, otherwise the stones will be discounted from the overall weight of the items when calculating our offer to you.

Every item that we receive is individually tested and therefore it is not practical for us to process very small items. Individual small chain links, clasps, short sections of fine chains and similar items weighing less than 0.5 grams will be discounted.
