To be honest I had several concerns about using an online service. However, as promised on the web pages, I was telephoned the very next morning after posting my old gold, and had an offer explained to me by a helpful gentleman. The funds were transferred to my bank account before lunchtime that day. An efficient and friendly service, and much better prices than those other companies advertised on tv!

I had loads of broken gold jewellery that had been lying around forgotten for years. Found out about this site from the "Money Saving Expert's"Â site, weighed my stuff and decided to go for it. The offices are only a 5 minute drive away from where I live so I made an appointment and popped up. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, lovely friendly people and the cash was in my bank account by the time I got home. (OK, I stopped for petrol on the way, but literally 10 minutes!) Can't fault their service and would highly recommend.
I must admit I was a little nervous about using this site, but my fears were totally unnecessary. I cannot praise the excellent service enough. I posted my gold items on the Thursday, received a phone call on Friday Morning and the money was transferred to my account by Friday Lunchtime. Thank you for such an excellent and helpful service.
