Can't fault this service, very fast and efficient! I was slightly worried about sending my gold but used the special delivery service as advised and the money was in my bank the next day. I just wish I had some more gold to sell.
I was a bit dubious about mailing gold but so happy I took the plunge. Sent my gold off on Tuesday, received call Wednesday to discuss adjustments etc... (i.e. clasps, gemstones) and the money was in my bank Friday. Would definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much.

Wish I'd known about this sooner! Scraped a few bits of old gold together on Saturday, posted it off on Tuesday and got a phone call Wednesday morning offering just a few pence less per gram than was advertised. They deducted 1.5g for metal in the clasps on some necklaces and some metal content in a bangle. After accepting the offer, the money was in my account within an hour and a half! Would recommend to anyone - will be rummaging around in my drawers again this weekend to see if I can find some more!

Absolutely unbelievable, I posted scrap gold on Thursday afternoon, Friday at 9am I had a phone call and the offer I received was as calculated on the site. I thought there has got to be a catch, but no they do as they say. I am hoping to buy some more scrap gold and make a few quid. Highly recommended!
