I was quite wary of this service at first! I wondered if I sent my gold away would it just get lost in the post and would I end up with nothing. I posted my gold at 4:50pm 18/6/09 & by 10:30am 19/6/09 the money was in my bank account. Very friendly telephone staff - great service all round. Would definitely recommend!

Do not have any concerns about using this site. I was a little concerned yesterday when I posted my gold but, at lunch time today, a very pleasant chap called Walter phoned me and went through the valuation in detail.
