I made an appointment for a valuation at CFYG's offices in Wolverhampton. I was looked after very well by a lovely chap called Walter. The whole process was very professional, quick and totally painless. I was totally confident throughout that I was being treated fairly and the price paid was exeactly as stated on the website. I had a real mixture, including some Egyptian Gold, which they analysed on the spot and gave me a very fair price. I even had a ladies watch which they dismantled, weighed and paid me top rate for the gold. By the time I got home 30 minutes later, the money was in my bank. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I will certainly deal with them again.
All the testimonials are true!! I posted my gold on Monday, had a phone call by 11am on the Tuesday and the money was deposited into my bank account by 1pm that day! The price I was paid was the price quoted on the website, it really is a fantastic service and what is promised on the website is the service you receive!

This is a great company to deal with. I sent my gold, had a phone call the next morning and the money was in my account 2 hours later. This is the third time i've used them so I had to sing their praises!

I would give this company 100% for their great treatment of customers!!! I was a little bit wary at first but sent my gold to them, received a lovely phone call when they received it and then the money was deposited into my account...Definately 100% trustworthy! As we all know you can get ripped off on the internet VERY EASILY...BUT THIS COMPANY IS GENUINE...BELIEVE!! I would recommend them and also use them again!!!

What a fantastic service - friendly and prompt. I couldn't believe that my scrap gold would be worth so much. My parcel was in the post by 3pm and I was contacted by 10:30am the next day with the money in my account 48 hours later.
