An excellent service! I sent my scrap necklace at 4pm on Monday, got a phone call at 8:45am on the Tuesday and the money was in my account by 9:30am. We were a bit apprehensive at first but would now recommend this service to anyone. Brilliant!

I was nervous to send gold as this was my first experience, so I just sent one small item as a test case and I was delighted with the speed with which my item was valued and the cash received. I was a little nervous at first about posting my gold to a website, but after all the testimonials I read I thought I would give it a go. I posted my gold Tuesday afternoon, had a phone call at 8:35am the following morning from a courteous member of the staff informing me of the value of my item, which was a lot more than any high street jeweller offered. The money was in my account within 30 minutes - I only wish I had more gold to send!
