Having never sold gold before or even use this type of company I was very apprehensive. I rang and spoke to James who was most helpful and even invited me to view their premises. I posted my gold Friday and received my offer at 9:30am Monday. The cash was in the bank the same day! Unbelievable and friendly service!

I was really worried about sending my gold through the post by Special Delivery but it turns out there was absolutely nothing to be worried about. They did exactly what they said they would! They called me the very next day to say how much my valuation was, I agreed and they paid it directly into my bank account. A fantastic service - I would definitely use them again.

Very fast and efficient - very pleasant to deal with over the phone! I would definitely use this company again and would strongly recommend it to others. I posted at 5.30pm Monday and the money was in account by 11.30am Tuesday. I cannot praise them highly enough, despite being wary of such sites initially.
