This is the second time I have used this service. Its straight forward, hassle free and the cash was in my account the morning after the day I posted. Brilliant!
What an excellent service from start to finish! Completing the online form was easy and I then posted the gold by special delivery at 3:30pm on Monday. On Tuesday morning I received details of my valuation and by lunchtime the same day the money was in my bank account. The money I received was £100 more than the highest offer I had in my local town. Have recommended to friends already who are selling their gold to CFYG this week! Thank you very much.
What an excellent service, I would recommend to anyone. I sent my gold in yesterday morning; spoke to them over the phone first thing in the morning and my money was already in my account. Now I've had my friend down to my house asking me to send their gold off because the service is secure and safe excellent. Will use this service again!
I thought this was just another rip-off scam company, especially as they were offering the highest price per gram for scrap gold (I contacted many other companies, local and on the net). I sent off the package reluctantly and mentally kissed goodbye to the lot. I was contacted the following morning with the notice of receipt of the package and a price for the gold submitted (within a few quid of the initial on line calculation) I accepted the valuation and the money was in my bank account 1 hour later. Well done guys - all doubts quashed.

I called CFYG this morning (Saturday) and was given an appointment. The service I received was friendly but professional and everything was explained before proceeding. The money was in my account before I had got Home! I was stunned at what my old gold was worth! It was great news and a fantastic service. I sent my gold on Tuesday 6/11/2011 and got a call from Walter about my gold on Wednesday morning. I was well pleased with the price, it was the best out there and I wish I had used them before. I have lost loads using other sites! Thanks cfyg.
Well I must admit to being a little apprehensive to begin with, but the 'risk' was worth it. As all I have experienced is exceptional service, I really cannot fault it! CFYG quoted £55 more than my local jeweller. I posted my Gold on Tuesday afternoon by Special Delivery, I had a courtesy call at 10am Wednesday from a very polite chap named Walter confirming receipt of my gold and the fact that the full amount quoted on the website would be paid. By 1pm the money was in my bank account. Could it be simpler or faster? I don't think so. Highly recommended, well done CFYG!
A first class service! I was unsure at sending a lot of gold through the post to an unknown company, but got a phone call the next day advising me of the value and my bank account was credited within 1 hour, would definitely use again.
I had some old gold lying about and decided to get a quote to sell it, I took it to my local town centre and was quoted £420, and I then went online to CFYG and was given double that amount!
