Outstanding service. I posted my gold at midday yesterday and had a call by 9:30 this morning with a valuation. The polite gentleman I spoke to transferred the funds to my account whilst I was on the phone. As we all know such efficient service is these days difficult to find. Fantastic.

What can I say, I posted 21 items off on the 18/03/09, they received them on the 19/03/09 and by 3.40pm on the 19th the money was in my account. Before this I had sent the items to another place, can't name it but they advertise on the TV, they told me that 4 of the items were not gold, so I asked them to send them back as I knew they were gold (they were hallmarked). Pleased as punch with CFYG. If you have anything to sell go for it. Great service.

I sent a gold cross and chain (I must admit I was worried) by recorded mail on Tuesday and on Wednesday morning I got a courtesy call telling me that my item had been received. I was told the money would be in my bank account shortly. I checked 1 hour later and it was in. I would recommend CFYG, they are 100% genuine. I tried selling my item on eBay and it never got near the price I got off of this company - many thanks I will use you again
I was very wary of sending gold off to an internet company but I'm very glad I did. I sent my old gold off at 5pm on Monday and the money was in my account before lunch on Tuesday. An excellent service.
